You see, there you go again, reading things into a post that were never there in the first place. I never said she was not gracious. In fact she's one of the most pleasant babes to interact with.

you can't call from a landline- that's my complaint! you get a 'dead line' buzz- there's a 2nd landline that works, but it connects to whoever else is on the 2nd channel, not lucy's phone- i tried it last night.
