lucy's usually quite easy to get through to- just wait until you see her wave her phone, beckon with her finger, or announce on the mic that she's free! she's not on the phone all the time like some of the girls, & you can usually get through.
Another top rate show last night. Lucy must have really smooth skin as all that baby oil must have benefits.
