I think officer Fernanda needs to be cuffed and stuffed

I'm not a fan of Fernanda's, but you have to admire her incredible professionalism.

Judging from what I've seen, she must be one of the most valuable presenters on any channel - she's on the phone almost constantly, her smile never faulters, she always looks interested in her callers (rather like Adele)... the list goes on.

Plus her occassional night shows.

If every girl had Fernanda's approach to her work, these channels would be in much better shape - so 10/10 for the lady.
