What a mad day I have had!!! I got up early this morning for Brutal Spin and a PT Sesh at the Gym!!! Killed as I was training arms, Not my best haha!!! Then I went for a 5k run with Robin!!! That hurt as we havent done it for agesssssss... we did it in 30mins though so not bad going really!
