I had a very exciting call today. A friend - One eyed Jack who owns http://www.realcouples.com recommended me to a producer for my very own reality tv series!
They called me this afternoon and we had a very good chat. If it all goes ahead there going to be filming the ins and outs of my career and personal life so I am sure as you all know from my tweets and blogs it will b very interesting!!!
I am excited about it as I am also going to be doing http://www.hellweekpt.com with my friend Victor, We are looking at raising money and getting fit... It would be fun if it can be filmed for my TV show as its utter punishment... Heres more info

"EVOLUTION!"

HellWeek PT is all about pushing boundaries, pushing them beyond what you thought possible.

This is NOT Navy SEAL training, please note, this is in Ireland and is a public event!

Some of the exercises seem simple enough, and they are, but, with the level of repetition and intensity you'll be submitted to, most won't be able to cut it, there will be a lot of DOR's even at this early stage.

For those that have the mental will, it get's no easier as time goes on. That's what is required here, mental will to complete it all, to get the job done and come out the other side a better man or woman.

Make no mistake about it, this will be the toughest set of challenges you have ever undertaken.

Coupled with the Calisthenics, Running, cold water submersion, teamwork and dune tackling, there will be plenty of other challenges besides, such as the Log roll and carry - a heavy log that must be carried and lumbered around on the beach. Orders will be given and the team leader must be listening intently, if the leader misses an order or gives their team a command that was not issued, he/she is not listening and thus, isn't mentally tuned in and switched on.

These mental attitude tests are designed to test one's mental ability to operate under extreme duress and perform to the highest standard. The whole function is to help develop you both physically and mentally, this is the perfect training for someone understaking or planning to undertake a half/full Marathon, Triathalon or Iron Man in the future. To complete a test of endurance such as even a Half Marathon, the mental will power has to be there, this will make you cut that easy!

Each stage of the training is called an Evolution, because, well, simply put, you have evolved from the last stage. It's an achievement in itself to reach the next stage. By the end, if you are still around, you won't care what is thrown at you because you know you can take it.

Broken up into4 hours of intense Calisthenics, Running, and more, your body will be broken down, your mind will be shattered, but you will be rebuilt and moulded into a better person, a stronger person and more determined person.

This has obvious advantages in the work place, in life and elsewhere, such as sports - but this is not for those who are noncholant... this requires committment.

The only thing that will be stressed is, there are no individuals in this task, it is a TEAM EFFORT all the way, ALL THE WAY! No room for showboaters, NO room for mavericks and ABSOLUTELY NO room for bullish individuals that think they are better than everyone else... we watch each other's backs... and that doesn't only mean encouragement, that also means care, monitoring, concern and advice.

When it's all over, there are no prizes, but you do get a sense of achievement and learn something about your self, making it very unique indeed. You need to bring your own gear and the savvy of you will have the "right" gear, you will also need to apply your self to the full, and again, at the end the biggest reward is having completed the event.
