I'm not sure if anyone knows, but can an 0900 be linked to a phone abroard? I've not worked in the uk industry for a number of a years and as far as I know it couldn't be, but I'm told it can be by another crew member. Does anyone know the answer? It would be to Spain. We are debating whether to apply to ofcom for a new channel in the uk.

You can't dial a UK premium rate number from abroad. But if he has a credit card there's nothing to stop him opening an account with Firecall or Vuecall and making a call that way. Definitely no to direct dialling though, it's just not possible to reach a premium rate number from anywhere outside the UK.
