Thats true there are alternatives to getting the pics. I dont think its just having pictures is the issue but not getting whats advertised on the screen as "xxx pics" sent to you?
They seem to be relying on the same principle as the porn fraudsters did before the advent of R18 - that their victims will be too embarrassed to go to the law. Hopefully, just as happened with the porn cons, sooner or later there will be a few who aren't intimidated that easily. They claim their Freeview censorship is because they think they need it to safeguard their presence on the platform - I would have thought that staying on the right side of the law would be a better idea.
Some of the Cellcast pics are xxx or rather they used to be , i sent a txt message to BSXtra when it first started and was surprised to find that they sent me in reply a xxx close up good quality pic of Camilla's Lady bits and i only got charged £1.50 for the onscreen txt message , something obviously went wrong with their systems , but it proves that some of their xxx pics are indeed xxx .

our service provider tends to "initiate" users with a softer picture first before you get the usual harder pictures
i've seen some of the pictures coming out of the studio, and they are definitely much better than what you can see on your TV screens!

I can verify what Babestation says is correct , i have only had Internet connection for just over a year , so the only way i could get to see explicit pics of the girls was by downloading them to my phone , the first i ever got were quite tame then after the first one or two you get the really explicit ones, i have still got loads of explicit pics of the best babe there is the one and only "Amanda Rendall" , i have got a micro memory card in my phone that i can put into my dvd recorder and transfer them onto dvd and show them full size on my tv and the quality is very good . Just a word of warning i used to download pics from the BS 69444 number and never got the same one , but when Partygirls started on freeview i downloaded pics from the 69222 number and got the same pics as i had already got from the 69444 number , don't know if the system has now changed and you cannot now get the same pics but my advice would be to stick with one just of the numbers .
Yes I can also confirm this, as a friend of mine downloaded some pictures a while back and got xxx ones. I must admit I was sceptical when he said he was getting these pics, and told him not to bother, but he assured me he was happy with the pics he received.
I dont think anyone doubts that you will get XXX pics from girls such as Camilla, Dani, Jada, Lolly etc........... It's the advertisement of xxx pics from girls like Daryl, Georgie, Megan, Paige etc. thats an issue. How many pics do u need to purchase b4 you get to see the actual naughty bits pics as advertised on screen?
It doesn't say that the first X amount of pics are tame either, so it is not what the viewer is buying/expecting. So the more you buy, the better the pictures!!!!! That's just another
scam scheme from BS to rip off their long suffering customers.
Easy solution is to set up another mobile wap address for the pics taken in the studio. Then allow people to dl what they actually want to see/buy. Simple Really and makes more sense then the current set up.
Also for £5, you can see all the naughty bits of some of the girls in better clarity on Sexstation Extreme on fv ch96 at 12am.
for pics of girls like lolly,michelle,dani,camilla etc dont waste ur money!! google search will give ya them for free guys!!

Your service provider should give users what you promise them on the show.
What you say on the show is that users will get the xxx pics if they text within the next 15, 10, or whatever, minutes. Anyone who does that should get the promised xxx pics.
Anything else is fraud, plain and simple.
