Hope Alice isnt done with elite, if she is then whilst it's a shame, she is not a big loss for elite and can be replaced

Rubbish. Although no-one is bigger than the channel, Alice is by far the biggest "name" on Elite in terms of her fan base, and she brings in a huge number of calls when she's on. She would be a huge loss to Elite if she left. Who would they realistically be able to bring in with her appeal and ability to generate income?
And while I'm here, it's very sad how many people seem to have swallowed the bullshit fed to them by the Sun. First of all, as a glamour model, Alice is hardly a pauper, so Pennant's money is not her prime motivation. Secondly, you can't blame her for him missing his son's birthday. If he wanted to visit him, he would have done so. It's not up to Alice to make him go.
Alice is going to get alot of criticism because of who she's going out with and how they got together. Also she's going to get it in the neck from people (like me) who think she should have known better and done better for herself. If it had to be a footballer why him?. Bad publicity has followed Pennant around for most of his career, now it has affected Alice.
She is a very successful model, no doubt well-paid, appearing in magazines and on Elite reguarly, with a strong fan base. She isn't one of those wanna be glamour models who needs to attach themselves to some-one famous to make a name for herself. Unfortunately Alice has done that but she might not like the name she's getting for herself now. She should take notice of how he treats his ex and his son in all this because (I hope it isn't) that could be her somewhere down the line.
Elite would struggle to replace her, I don't suppose Sophie Howard or Malene Espensen fancy an audition do they?!
Our own Rammy asked Sophie, and she responded she was not comfortable in front of a moving camera. Malene is pretty busy with her baby I expect!

agree and disagree with you here, agree that alice is elite's biggest "name" but disagree that she would be a huge loss. elite have lost other big "names" like kitty lea and sammie pennington and have more than coped without them and will cope if alice has left elite and they have babes already there with big fanbases like caty cole, kelly bell & charlie.
as for replacements if alice has left elite, sophie howard would be great and hasnt ruled out appearing on the channels, for me rhian sugden or peta todd would be good possibles. or go down the mica route and bring in an unknown.
agree with your final paragraph about the sun article, alice is an established model and its up to jermaine to go to his sons birthday not alice as you say.
alice doesnt have any shows scheduled now so have to see what the situation is. if she has left then im sure elite will bring in a good replacement
