I doubt this is through being unadventurous or not having access to a wardrobe so in truth it's a bit of a chin scratcher. Maybe it's simply that the callers are demanding it.

Hmmm, it sure is a different look, isn't it? I'm ambivalent about it - a gorgeous pic by any standards, and she looks hot, but she doesn't look like 'our Charlie'. There seems to be (inevitably, being Page 3) all the emphasis on her breasts (and a touch-up or two in Photoshop?) and downplaying her glorious big deer-in-headlamp eyes.
But it's a more mature and confident-looking Charlie in the picture, with obvious Ursula Andress overtones. The beach setting (backdrop) lends an exotic feel, worthy of a girl as high-calibre as Charlie. As P3 goes, it's interesting.
But, to misquote Vaughan Williams, "I don't know if I like it, but I know what they meant".
Still prefer her Elite image.

she is definitely miss consistent at the moment

I agree it shows they are popular... but unless the channel continues to try different things, how can it know for sure what else is popular and more importantly stay varied and stimulating?

If the drive to lead, surprise and experiment has been sacrificed in order to be led by the nose by the perceived audience requirements (schoolgirls, fishnets, implied nudity) then maybe it's time for a more representative channel name.
e.g. changing it from 'Elite Tv' to 'Repeat TV'.

Thanks Rise...thats the point I was trying to make, yes its popular but for now, but its got to the point where the Elite shows in general (not just Charlie's) are becoming very formulaic and you can almost guess what outfit certain girls are going to wear next and what set they will use when they wear it...

Charlie is great i just dont wanna see people going off her or stop watching because she is stuck with the same 2 sets (college/office) and fishnets/schoolgirl outfits. She was a breath of fresh air to Elite, i'd hate her to become a reason for changing the channel, because we'd seen it all before!

I'd even suggest robbing a pair of Mica's PJ's and putting them on
