Picture quality is terrible. anyone else have the same problem. This is meant to be dani and Karlie.

E-mail for a PIN no PIN has arrived after almost an hour very unhappy wanted to watch the show missed most it now

Any chance of a reply e-mail several times missed the show i wanted to watch. Maybe I need a refund and apology.

Where is customer services?

Same problem. Below the email I sent to them. No reply yet. It's rubbish.

I have just logged in to Babestation Extreme for the first time. The picture quality (even at the hi setting) was appalling, the girls were little more than a blur. I had expected at least the same quality as the sexstation video feed - after all, that is free, whereas I paid £5 for this.

I thought I would log out and log in again, to see if there was a problem with my connection. But when I tried to log in again, the pin that I was sent was unrecognised.

I have to say that £5 one minute of very blurred video is a very poor deal indeed and I most certainly will not be using this service again.
When it rains the signal is rubbish it's a pity that there is no techy bits that can maintain a good signal wen it's heavy rain

i sympathise with u i have had similar signal issues in the past it seems cellcast has chosen to prioritise picture quality for its freeview viewers and leave its sky viewers badly catered for.if this was a product bought from a retailer u would have every right to a refund but as a service i am not sure of your rghts.

Really? The rain doesn't seem to affect any other online service. Perhaps BSX is even worse than I thought.
I was just wondering if anyone else was having a problem with channel 96 locking up on them. I've just bought a new bush freeview box and everytime i go to channel 96 either the picture freezes and i can't change channels/get the remote to work, or i get a moving picture and again a locked out remote. It seems to be something to do with the press red graphic that comes up in the top right hand corner. No other channel does this, only 96! I've checked the batteries in the remote and put fresh ones in before you ask. I'm just rather confused as to why this is happening. Has anyone got any ideas?
All I can think of is looking to see if there's any software (firmware) update for it. If that fails you could also try emailing Bush and seeing if there's a fix or if they're aware of the bug and a fix is coming.

If you don't have any luck take it back to store and swap it for another model. You don't have to say "the porn channel doesn't work!", make up something else.
