last night i purchased BS extreme on the web as i do not have freeview, i have 12mb broadband and a modern pc and the stream from bs was awful virtually unwatchable and constantly stopping, after about 40 minutes i lost the stream altogether when i tried getting it back it would not accept the pin they gave me, i tried calling them, no answer, i tried e-mailing them no answer, so in summing this up for £5 you get a very poor stream for a few minutes then you lose it and thats it BS extreme yeah BullSh*t extreme, so beware before parting with cash on this one, i for one will not use them again

I keep get a validate error message on the stream, same thing happened last time, phoned them and was told someone would get back to me about a refund or a free nights viewing - No one did, also emailed no response, guess what i was stupid enough to try it again tonight - same error. i guess i will now be passing this on to trading standards for selling a product that is not fit for purpose and also contacting the police as the are obtaining money through deceit
So another phone call, according to the not very friendly customer service adviser it's a problem with my computer. Funny how last time they said it was a problem with the stream. Mentioned it had happened before and no one had got back to me, was told it can take a while - what over a month. Was then told to phone back between 10.30 and 18.00 tomorrow
1st time last night on BS X.
sent away for 2 codes.. blank screen each time.
