Obviously there has not been a problem up till now with the girls doing TV work for Elite and having contracts to shoot porn for Bluebird.
It is Bluebirds decision to start their own babechannels that is going to cause some conflict.
They will need a lot of talent to fill five new channels and I am sure one of their reasons for doing this is to showcase the stars of the films to generate interest so I would be surprised if they didn't make every effort to take all their contract girls (Michelle, Delta, Gemma etc) with them. They have already got Anna.

Who said Anna was made to leave Elite?
As far as we know Bluebird just made her a better offer and she accepted it, nothing wrong with that.

I don't see any reason why a contract like that couldn't have been drawn up (as you said, Michelle Thorne must have something similar) but that obviously wasn't something that Bluebird were prepared to do in this case.
They offered Anna a contract on the basis that all g/g content would be exclusive to them, which is the smartest thing to do really. If Anna signed with them then she must feel that this is the best thing for her, so best of luck to her

There's quite a few posts here which treat Elite as if it was something valuable in itself, rather than just an interactive display window for hot girls.
Please help us understand what it is that promotes your loyalty to Elite as a station, as compared with any other station that does exactly the same thing [girl/phone/sofa - etc].

Obviously - now that we have babechannels ourselves - we're not in business to promote other channels' girls or their websites by putting them in our movies, which [quite apart from DVD and web] sell in 278 million cable homes worldwide - outside the UK.
All talent are free to choose what career path they wish to follow. Some will join us as a full part of the Bluebird experience: some won't join us.
And You Guys ultimately get the benefit: without us - you wouldn't have ANNA LOVATO, TJ, GEMMA MASSEY, MICHELLE THORNE, GEMMA HILES, NATASHA MARLEY, LEANNE RIGLEY LINSEY DAWN MCKENZIE and other faves on DVD in YES MISS! Out now on DVD

Most Forumites may find what you say a bit odd: since around the no.1 'like' expressed by them is that babechannel owners ask what the Fans want on this Forum. Oh well, guess some people don't like to be asked - just told.

Is this implying that Delta (or any girl) will not be allowed to shoot for bluebird and continue to work for Elite, she will have to choose between them?
