In recent times Elite's signing policy has moved far more in line with my own tastes than the BB3/plasticity rep it had for some at the start. Jamie has proved
exceptional at signing stunning natural talent from newcomers to clever 'name' coups like Kitty. Some of the workforce that are going to be lost to Bluebird are more in line with Elite's original style so frankly I see it as an opportunity for him to improve the channel even more, rather like a football team having a clearout so it can sign some class targets.
However losing Anna from Elite is a real shame, especially as she never had the chance to get properly involved in the channel's new lease of 2-4-1 / 3-4-1 life and especially as her stunning smile, figure and personality fitted in perfectly with the vital, fresher face of the 'new' Elite.
But in wishing Anna well...
Anna, now that you are officially off to pastures new, it sounds like at the very least you're going to have an exciting time so make the most of these adventures and enjoy yourself (and make big money!)
Just make sure you learn from these recent experiences of the 'slippery' contract and the website disaster, so that your instincts in future protect your interests (because no matter what they say, nobody cares about your interests as much as you do!)

Dont agree about work force lost,i think some of the new signings with the exception of Mica,are a bit lame nowhere as entertaining as Anna,Delta and Gemma,im not into glamour models so as usual it is down to personal taste,i will be sorry to see the above mentioned go,which of course remains to be seen.

tj and gemma dont have the draw they used to but delta although not to every 1s taste is an established name on elite and still has a major following.
so my prediction would be. yeah the 3 others mentioned will leave/be let go, there move to bluebird will last about as long as it did on elite. in 6 months 2 a year and they will be back on other channels like live 960/paradiso, sportxxx, tvx callgirls or worse reruns of there movies in censored form on climax 3. meanwhile jamie will take whats left and build on it with more talent like mica, caty, danica, kitty, sammie, toni and so on...
poaching existing talent is 1 thing finding new is something completely different.
Bluebird TV has lots of new talent coming - as well as established stars.

There's quite a few posts here which treat Elite as if it was something valuable in itself, rather than just an interactive display window for hot girls.
Please help us understand what it is that promotes your loyalty to Elite as a station, as compared with any other station that does exactly the same thing [girl/phone/sofa - etc].

what you gotta understand team bluebird is.
the reason why elite is so popular on here, is because they put on the best shows. they do the best 2-4-1 performances. go watch a babestation show then watch an elite show and you will know what i mean.
seems like more of their girls come on here to interact with people then girls from the other channels, which gains the channel as a whole popularlity.
and the management (not sure if its jamie himself or not diff people think differently about that) take the time to post on her and they acknowledge feedback and the like. which bangbabes and babestation dont do (i dont watch the other channels so cant comment on them)
so to match elite you will need
1) a nice cast of girls
2) a decent website (elites only weakness is their stream)
3) for the people who are gonna watch your channels (i am one of them) do what elite do and interact on here with us, discuss stuff that type of deal.
and thats pretty much the bottom line.

It's a very good question, and not one that can easily be answered.
Loyalty, to any channel is like trust, it has to be earned and built up over time. Elite have shown, that they can be trusted to deliver the content that the viewers want to see.
It also has a unique style, that the other stations in my opinion lack. The presenters/models also play a big role in this, as most of them interact with us on this forum.
Like I said, not an easy question to answer.

Oh, the picture quality on their channels is good. Their babes do some of the best 2-4-1 shows, erm, the daytime girls doing the night show is hot!. However, their stream is very inconsistent, and they only have a few sets.
i have no loyalty to elite,. i have and am critical of them just not that often.
i do admire there work ethic and there girl selection.
why do i prefer them to any other channel? because they are what they say, elite.
jamie has proven time and again he can deliver quality product without airs and graces of self importance.
they are prepared to have a laugh at there own expense and don't take it to seriously.
customer relations are good, because jamie and his team worked at em, they didnt just try to win favor by disingenuous promises.
in 1 year jamie started a new channel and made it the premier channel on the sky 900+ epg surpassing long established names like babestation and bangbabes, and did it when others who started at the same time folded due to economic pressures.
why? because he had a clear idea of what he wanted, he didn't come here and ask us. he knew what he wanted to do and did it.
without sounding licky, jamie is the sexchat equivilant of ross braun (ex Ferrari team principle).
