From September, they've changed the 12:00-20:00 shift to an11:00-20:00 instead, no idea why!

Thanks - this is a very concise summary document and, interestingly, explains the history of the cliff edge deterioration in babeshows content from 1.9.2010 when BCAP assumed oversight.
