After Facebook's continual failure to get the fake Stevie account deleted, I opened up a discussion on Facebook Site Governance:

Even Stevie herself has replied. Please add your voices too and let's get this faker nailed once and for all. This could set a precedent whereby all fake accounts are dealt with more promptly.
