It sounds like you may have got Adult Live. Elite worked with AL on a promo a short while ago (which may still be in operation).
Emma works for AL who also run channel 960 Live, on which she's appeared a couple of times.

Indeed, but I think calling it a loop is being too kind. It's nothing more than an animated screensaver really.
They seriously need to get their bandwidth situation sorted asap. Its a major turnoff at the moment seening the picture so unstable. I would have thought having a good broadcastable picture would be a basic requirement if the channel is to be a success.
