May happen. May not. Why such incredulous reponses? The poster didn't say incest was to become compulsory. In the history of television, these channels have been running 5 or 6 years tops. Do you still tune in for Top Of The Pops & Brookside every week?

The digital switch over is only getting rid of the analog signal i.e terestrial tv not satellite which the babechannels are on

Yeah Brookside dissappeared but we ended up with Hollyoaks.

Sorry Moron50 but that is probably the most moronic posts I've seen. Brookside was chopped cos it got shit, other soaps on Ch 4 replaced it. TOTP got canned because there were plenty of other music shows and 24/7 music channels.
Channel 4 and BBC1 remain on air.
Soaps and music were not banned in one hit as the poster is suggesting is the fate awaiting the babe channels

The point I was making is; that if iconic shows watched by millions, can be axed, then these certainly could be, without even raising an eyebrow. Sky / Cable can change their policies & or programming at will, without your, or my approval. It could be deemed that adult-oriented channels, available to what will be the mainstream, are not suitable.
