Superspurs been flapping his gums again has he?
Why would the sky channels close down when digital switchover happens? To my knowledge Sky is not involved with the digital switchover-it is only the 5 terrestrial stations that are changing over to digital. Sky and freeview are not affected. The only difference for freeview is that the power of the signal is going to be boosted considerably.
Also we know there are going to be two new channels soon so why would they launch those now only to then close in a month or two!!
not believing this one bit especially as two new babechannels are launching. and the channels wont go because of the switchover. just the 5 terrestrial channels go digital only

I agree , the sky channels are already digital , so it will not affect them.
