Sorry to name drop but Rammyrascal on more than one occasion in recent posts has suggested that a performer might be suffering from something which relates to a mental health issue.

I was just wondering if the moderators and/or maybe some of the more active members if they see this could advise on the matter, is it right for posters to bring up issues such as mental health? I know this is an adult forum so I am assuming its ok to discuss anything as long as its not illegal activity, but I was hoping to get clarification on the matter so I don't cross any lines in future.

If there are any John Bercow's among us to provide guidance that would be appreciated laugh

Em no I haven’t questioned Kerrie-Lee’s mental state!!!!! utter nonsense to say I have

Yes and nobody else was questioning it. In fact nobody else had even brought it up until you started talking about her mental health being questioned on post 1100.

The other poster has said many they were talking about her professionalism and many times has clearly stated they see no correlation between that and mental health issues.

Do you invent things to suit yourself ? Nobody else was talking about mental health until you started Rolleyes Build a Bridge mate.

By the way I’m not being appalling as when a person like Kerrie-Lee is described as flaky, their mental state is being at best questioned & at worse described as not in a good way mentally in my opinion, so for me you are questioning Kerrie-Lee’s mental state at best with your posts regularly putting the boot in

Plus as you say, I’m just stating my opinion.

Nope you are the only one that has mentioned mental state and again I think its wrong that you would even bring it up in conversation. It is possible to be unprofessional and unreliable without having any underlying issue's which you seem to be eluding to.

Do you think everybody that has flunked a college exam or project has something wrong with them? Do you think the member of staff that has been warned by the boss for being late a few times has something wrong with them?

My observations and comments are purely on what I have seen and not seen in relation to her social media activity and not showing up for work. The only thing I am calling into question is her work ethic and professionalism, nothing else. You are bringing in questionable what if's to the conversation and the what if's you are eluding to are appalling. You should never question or cause others to bring into question the state of another person's health mental or otherwise even if your intentions in your own mind are good, its not your place to do it.

It is a matter of opinion as I have said time and time again and I will continue to voice mine. You seem to be triggered by this one again and again so I would say you should consider pausing for a few moments and taking a few deep breaths.

Nope I won’t be lectured & patronised by you on how to post on this forum

And I won't be lectured & patronised by you on how to post on this forum.
Something which you try to do on a very regular basis. Won't work Mate, I won't be bullied by you Wink

Blimey.

On the MH issue - I was under the impression Kerrie-Lee has discussed various issues on her social media so it's fairly common knowledge I assume ?

As to whether she is reliable ? Why would someone be that bothered if she turns up for a shift or not if you are not her employer ?

I like Kerrie, if she is on TV great, if not so be it. Hardly worth arguing about.

Seems it started off as a bit of banter one poster commenting about it not being surprised that she was a no show and that they predicted it would happen.

They went as far as to say they would throw a bet on the footy that weekend too which in my eyes is still a bit of banter, (turns out they did bet and it came in) which for me made it all the funnier.

I don't see any problem with people commenting on the shows format and what girls are scheduled to be on etc. And surely somebody being a no show is a valid subject for discussion.

You are right though its not worth arguing about, when someone makes a comment you are unhappy about the wiser thing to do is ignore it. If you are personally offended I can understand a heated response may ensue, we are all human, but because these are discussions regarding third parties they shouldn't cause people to become angry if they have a different opinion.

I can however understand someone responding to defend their position where they have been subjected to an aggressive counter remark where that poster is inventing things and trying to put words in another persons mouth. Post # 1100

I think everyone likes Kerrie that body is a bloody work of Art its just a shame we see it so seldom Smile

^ I can't see anything that outrageous in post 1100. Re-read my post regarding the MH Issue.

As for the person defending their position, he is by his own admission being "childish & petty" (post #1096) as well as mentioning the "psychology" of people who disagree with him. In which case I feel free to question the psychology of someone who is that bothered by the whole situation that they keep making posts about it here and sifting through social media posts like they have just uncovered a new watergate scandal.

Nobody said there was anything outrageous in post 1100. What I am saying is that the poster who is claiming she is a flake never mentioned anything about mental health and that post is the first time it appears in relation to this discussion presently.

To me the admission of being childish and petty doesn't help advance that persons position granted but I don't think it was meant to. It provided the opportunity to respondents to walk away from what the poster is acknowledging to be a silly argument but this didn't happen.

Also they(you are assuming its a he) never said anything about the psychology of people that disagree with them, they said the psychology of people on this forum interests them.
