Newcomer of the year (Grand Final)

I didn't vote in this so have no interest in who wins it. However, from an outsider looking in it doesn't half look dodgy, and it's as though winsaw wasn't happy with the outcome so changed the rules as he went along so that his favourite (Olivia) won.

Do you think he would have recounted the votes if the STD66 girl had won?
It's no great achievement anyway to win a vote with a total of 26 out of a possible 50 odd thousand.

Agree. Seeing as the result & 'rules' has lost credibility, I'd say just scrap it & just run them off the Ultimate Babes nomination polls, highest placed night-time & day-time newcomers get the awards.

first off thanks to everyone who has pm me, i really am glad to know what you all think, thanks to all those who have supported me on this, and to all those who do not thanks for explaining why and some very good points have been made and any contests i do in the future i will do differently and take on a lot of the things that have been said,
having had all day to think about it i still think i did the right thing and stand by what i have done, i fell the biggest mistake i made was not explaining what i had done at the time,
the only thing i don't like is people saying i set out to fix it as this just is not true, i have done a number of these contests now and have never done this, if one more person would have voted for Jodie i would have been very happy to have named her as i have nothing against her or the channel she works for, as this would have saved me from having to come in and have a casting vote and we would not have had any of this
