how can someone who spanks a horse for a living win this award ? the fucking horse does the work and the midget takes the credit. bollocks to that. any of the other nine should of won.

Well congratulations to A P McCoy, bit disappointed Taylor or McDowell didn't win it, but at least Taylor made the final three.

I felt so sorry for the great Jessica Ennis,getting beaten into third place by a darts player,Jessica is a true Sports woman.congatulations to McCoy even though i voted for Jessica and Tom Daly.

Phil Taylor placing higher than Jess Ennis. It could only happen in this country.

Jessica Ennis should have won how embarrassing to come 3rd to 2 lazy people,just goes to show all award shows are pointless the deserving never win.

I would say it was a very good line up. And with the rightful exclusion of any footballers (in fact football wasn't mentioned much in this years whole event at all and rightly so after that world cup disaster) it was a much better event.

David Beckham received his lifetime achievement award and thats fair enough, but any other footballers were banished from the finalists.

i will be honest i have not heard of the guy who won ever in my life, i had barely heard of any of the nominees...must have been a shocking year for sport overall in the UK
