It's not looking good for McSweeney after being cut by the UFC after a 1-2 record & 4-6 overall he now bumps into mma veteran Ricco Rodriguez 56F 44W 11L, 13KO's 22Subs, Pride 3-1, UFC 5-2 with victories over Andrei Arlovski TKO & Randy Couture Submission & on a 10 fight win streak it's not looking like it's gonna be a good night.

Yuya Shirai who I don't know is 20-8 most wins by decision winning 8 of his last 9 & is a Judo & Sambo fighter. Daley's 3-0 since being cut from the UFC 26-9 overall so this should be a good headline fight.

If Daley wins this fight then he goes back to Strikeforce for a shot at Nick Diaz for the welterweight title..... Mitchell says... YEEESSSSS!!! I likes them both & that would be a GREAT fight!!!

APPEAL LODGED

Having received this rather pathetic but official appeal from the defendant, the court of Mr Justice Mitchell is now in session, the grounds of the appeal are "With 127 and The Count on the horizon down under"!!!.

All chosen jurors will now be asked to review the case evidence in post #742 the main offence is highlighted in the above appeal.

All jurors should submit their evidence review papers by 19:30 Friday 25th February

Snoods, scarfs, gloves, skins, long johns should never be worn by sports men and as I pointed out in the 'football banter' thread, this http://www.babeshows.co.uk/showthread.ph...#pid757430 is the only time snoods are acceptable.

Unless GnP is indeed a dog, he shouldn't be wearing them, As a proud northerner, this pansy clothing accessory offends me, not only does this attire offend me, it also makes fear for the future of the Human race.

so taking all the evidence in I also find MR Groundnpound guilty on all counts.

I cannot see how the prosecution has proved the defendants guilt beyond reasonable doubt. I feel there are many questions that were left unanswered.

Therefore... As we are instructed to reach a verdict that we are 100% sure of, and because i'm unable to do so, I have no other choice but to return a verdict of............

ATTENTION ALL CHOSEN JURORS

Unfortunetly due to 4 of the 6 verdicts cast so far being made public these 4 verdicts are now being considerd by the judicial panel as to wheather or not they can stand as the 4 jurors have placed themselves in danger of being intimidated by the defendant.

Mr Justice Mitchell would like to inform all jurors who are yet to submit their verdict paper to do so in the same way as you were informed of your jury service.

The verdict is in

After a period of deliberation the jurors chosen by the court of Mr Justice Mitchell have finally reach a verdict in the case of defendant groundnpound.

Mr groundnpound you have been charged with extremely unexceptable behaviour & lacking in true northerness, without trial you were found guilty and chose to appeal this verdict & therefore a jury panel was chosen, after some difficulty the chosen jurors have finally reached a verdict.

The jury found the defendant guilty as a majority verdict of 7 to 1 with 2 verdict papers unreturned, however as four of the chosen jurors made their verdict available to the public and therefore placing themselves in danger of being intimidated by the defendant a judicial panel was set up to deliberate as to whether these verdicts could stand in the court of law, the result of this deliberation was that neither of these four verdicts could stand as an honest decision in such a serious case and therefore the final verdict is as follows.

Mr groundnpound the official verdict of the remaining 4 jurors has found you unanimously GUILTY and therefore you leave me with no choice but to hand down a custodial sentence.

You've shown no remorse throughout your trial and have often chosen to mock the case especially on one serious occasion, as the founder of the UFC thread your followers expect you to lead by example and under no circumstances whatsoever to shy away from your manliness.
Taking into consideration the unprofessionalism of four of the chosen jurors and the fact that two of the verdict papers were unreturned I have decided to change your sentence, although this change is taking place you should be under no ilusion of the severity of your heinous crime and with this in mind I hereby sentence you to a period of exclusion from The UK Babe Channels Forum UFC Thread untill 18:30 on Wednesday March 2nd 2011.

I hope during your periond of exclusion you will take sometime to assess your personallity and the qualities you choose to keep and after the set date you will return a reinvigorated young man ready to tackle the world and it's harshest of weathers with your new found masculinity.
