Sounds reasonable enough, there is more important things to worry about other than independence right now, but obviously they still will be looking to make it happen at some point. Should always be a 60/40 thing, until the number gets to, or above 60% and stays there, then they shouldn't bother trying, the shit show that is Brexit is a perfect example of taking liberties with a split vote, 51.89% for something so important was completely unacceptable. It's funny though, if the numbers for independence were similar, or even better than that, say 52-53%, you just know the Tory scum would try and say that it wasn't enough, because it is how they work

I think the key to the secrecy lies in the last few paragraphs of the BBC piece, rather than any attempt at rigging.
