Good video, it's definitely an interesting topic. Woke as a concept/idea needs to just go away, right wing loons use it to describe everything that doesn't fit their narrow world view. Everyone with an open mind and half a brain can see what their agenda is. If a movie has a split second kiss between a married couple who happen to be both female, not woke, it represents a chunk of society that don't see same sex parents in shows/movies that are for them. Race swapping in the little mermaid isn't a bad thing, she's in the fucking Caribbean, why would she be white, really, that film bombed because it was shit. Every movie that fails has failed for a legit reason, nearly always down to it just being bad, but the American conservatives see it bombing due to it being woke, ignorance only goes so far, beyond that you are just plain stupid.

Shit content is shit content, it will fail no matter what political views a person may have, saying otherwise is nonsense. Ha!

Could not agree more.
Perhaps irrationally I have this idea in my head that such people throwing around the word 'woke' like an insult are the same social media conspiracy theorists who believe COVID, climate change and a whole load of other things are all a myth to create more power for the global establishment over people's lives and what they can and can't do .
