Has anyone tried gnocchi? I used to lodge with an Italian family and my landlady used to make spinach gnocchi, fried in garlic butter. The first time I tried them I coined a new word... Foodgasm. Sadly, she wouldn't tell me how to make them. I've tried recipes from cook books but they aren't the same...
