Click on User CP Click on User CP, which is right at the top of the forum above View New Posts | View Today's Posts | Private Messages, click Change Avatar after that click Browse, which should then allow you to upload pics from your documents to use as profile pics., click Change Avatar after that click Browse, which should then allow you to upload pics from your documents to use as profile pics.

http://imageshack.us/ that site will automatically resize your images, although I'm not too sure if they will allow you to upload pics onto this forum since its adult orientated and they get all bitchy about that kind of thing.

Try imagesocket it should allow you to upload here and resize your pics without the hassle.
