The stage was won by Mathieu van der Poel who timed his burst to the line perfectly, just beating Tadej Pogacar.

The Alpecin - Deceuninck team winning it's 2nd stage. Mathieu van der Poel holds the yellow jersey

Stage3 is a 178.3km route from Valenciennes to Dunkerque.
It's a flat stage so expect a simular finish to stage 1 with the Alpecin-Deceuninck's lead-out train guiding Jasper Philipsen to his second victory.

Healy did make it.

He made a decisive break with 42 kilometres to go and ended up winning by 2mins 44secs.
Mathieu Van der Poel holds on to the yellow jersey.

It's a day in Brittany tomorrow.
