Pissed off with Royal Mail.

Been tracking parcel since Monday they say it was delivered yesterday and left no card to say where it is or if it has been returned to sorting office and posted a incomplete scan of said item online on tracking. Parcel is worth over £35 and I spoke two neighbours have not said they have took in the parcel.

They have left items for me before outside on my doorstep, but this one has completely disappeared with no follow up info left. I fear any chance of any compensation for value will go up in smoke if I send that parcel scan and would stand little to zero chance of getting £35 back out of them.

For Fuck's sake!! Is Royal mail getting worse where they are employing people just to deliver sheer incompetence?

Got a urinary tract infection .
