The reboot of Godzilla has finished filming with just the post production remaining. It is going to be more like the original Japanese movies (hopefully not as shite) with Godzilla fighting other monsters and rampaging across America.
The Batman/Superman movie is apparently going to be based on a dark knight comic.
Batman and Superman, though on the same side are poles apart and face off against each other, with Batman seeing Superman as a puppet of the authorities. In the comic, Batman apparently proclaimed he was the only man to better Superman.
Could be interesting. No doubt this will then lead on to the Justice movie.

The Flash will be out in 2016 with the JLA movie hopeful being out in 2017.

There was talk a few months ago that Marvel were looking at arranging a deal with Fox if possible to 'borrow' the characters. As you say though more likely a major rewrite is on the cards

fox will be stupid not to get involved has they would miss out on millions and millions of dollars also would allow for each studio to have crossover films based the comic book series.

there is going to be a reboot of fantastic 4 with continuity with the xmen film series which would mean a possible f4 and xmen crossover film.
