yeah ruben time more times than not they conceded well last season anyway

I hear the Laemmens deal might have fallen through - if it has - It does seem like they'll have to get into a habit of rotating Onana in out of the team just to cut down on goals conceded, until January and sell him on then, if that becomes the plan. Would be right is one most expensive goal keepers in the premier League this season?

As for Ruben I can't see him resigning or walking out when the international break happens, I think something absolutely catastrophic would have to happen for that to happen then, so I think it's more likely it will happen around Christmas/New Year period. It would be too much of a risk for him to take.

I suppose one good thing for Man Utd fans to bear in mind, is the poor start Manchester City have had.

With Martinez in goal the ceiling for the rest of the team is 6-9th. Without any goalkeeping signings it’s 12-15th.

Unless Martinez signed and is followed by a true box to box midfielder 6th is probably a pipe dream resting on Sesko being a proper scorer.

Martinez has requested a transfer to Utd. I was thinking that Utd should go for the PSG goalkeeper, but Martinez is an upgrade.

Stats wise how does Martinez stack up against Onana in terms of Goals conceded etc?
