So it goes through on a show of hands but then a recorded vote is requested. Seems reasonable.

It's declared a 15 minute vote and the count is done by electronic device. 15 minutes pass, the clock hits zero yet votes are still coming in with one Dem "nay" vote appearing, then disappearing, then appearing again for the Republicans.
