There will be a digital comic of Arrow set between the ending of season 2 and start of season 3 and will written by the same people that do Arrow. The print form of the first chapters will be available on the 8th of October.

Caity Lotz aka Black Canary will be back for season 3 and will make her appearance in 1st ep .

Colin Donnell will be returning as Tommy Merlyn in the second episode of Season 3, which is called “Sara.” Tommy will be in a flash book story, it will set in Hong Kong were Oliver and Tommy just miss meeting each other.

Arrow and The Flash to cross over in Ep 8 of each show and is to be a two hour event .
