I don't think it's a case of preferential treatment tbf, if a girl doesn't want to do certain shifts, and the channel is okay with it, then there's no issue.

Seems like any other job in the world that involves shifts and rotas. Some people prefer to work mornings / afternoons / evenings / nights. As a manager, you try to make everyone happy, subject to the need to have a 24-hour day covered.

Evidently, Cara only wants to work afternoons, and there are plenty of other girls willing to take the morning shifts.

It's just a babeshow - it's not the army.
