Question for someone/anyone that is (hopefully) in the know: why does Cara seem to get special treatment above all the other girls? Why does she NEVER do the early morning shift? The earliest she ever starts is 11am. Why?

If she was an incredible, exciting performer I could MAYBE understand, but she hasn't changed her routine/repertoire in years!

I'm legitimately interested.
