I can't see doing a 13 appearances more like Ben Affleck will be multiple films as Batman especially as his in his early 40's now.

That seems a bit high. Say they make a movie every two years it would mean he would be pushing 70 by the last one
This must be the usual Hollywood gossip. The only way it could work would be if he made cameo appearances in other superhero films too but then he would have little opportunity to take on other projects away from Batman.

Apparently there is much unrest among Batman fans with the news about Ben Afflecks acceptance of the role. Over the weekend apparently 70,000 signatures have been collected in a petition asking for him to be replaced. Think they need to give the guy a chance...oh and get a life while they are at it!

They should give the guy a chance i mean there was up roar when Michael Keaton was given the role as Batman and look how he turned out. Then remember when Heath Ledger was given the role as The Joker no one was happy about it and look how that went or Daniel Craig as a blonde Bond i rest my case.

agree, im ok with ben Affleck being batman myself and think he'll do well. seen just now that his batman deal includes directing the long rumoured justice league film whenever it happens
