nope, its the minute you dial up...in the freeview days I spent 3 lots of 20 minutes just waiting to get through before I spoke to her the first time.

I always keep one eye on the clock (if I can) so I can say cheerio properly (she knows I hate being cut-off), but she knows the score and knows its not your fault if you get disconnected.....thats the measure of the woman...class.
