The issue for me aswell is the output because whatever model you are a fan of or do not like is if the output from any babechannel babe does not meet so called standards of performance(which are subjective); then at the end of the day it comes down to production....
When the channels first started all the girls were like they are at XXXpanded, taking calls first, then as time has gone on people have come to expect a certain level of performance aswell....

It is this 'performance' I take issue with! instead of a performance, why not just be natural and see where the night takes it?? Ditch the uniforms for the girls own style (as they might wear on the main daytime channel) and allow the caller (I know they will still receive the ''get your ---- out etc calls) entice them to go a little further. Please make the sets better and also consider putting the girls in charge of moving the cams themselves remotely. In other words, act as they would do with a real life partner.
