i tried calling her a few months back and she was frankly rude for no apparent reason... i dunno if the caller before me pissed her off. but she was sharp and came off as arrogant... so i'll leave her to that...

It's sad to hear she's that rude. Although she does look the part.I bet she's loosing callers
