Thank you and I read them, but I'm not sure that I understood. I mean on my reading it looks like terence was right, that they won't be able to advertise the website on the sky channel. But Babestation advertise BS Cams and surely that's within the recognised character of pornography?

You are not the only one mate, i don't fully understand the rules either, i don't think the babe channels themselves or Ofcom understand their own rules half the bloody time lol .

Whether Sin TV will or will not be able to advertise and promote their web site/web shows on TV, will probably depend on how hard the content will be on the web site and if it's behind a age verified pay wall, or free to watch .

TVX/Red Hot. Playboy (not the RLC babe channel) and BS, promote free to air their encrypted channels, but these encrypted channels are only viewable behind a age verified pay wall, so i should think Sin TV would be able to promote their web shows, if they were behind a age verified pay wall and the content was similar in strength to that of TVX, Playboy, BSX etc . (but not certain)

But saying that, the thing is with BS some of their channels are not licensed by Ofcom so don't have to abide by Ofcom's phone in babe channel teleshoppng licence rules,
The TVX/Red Hot and playboy channels don't have a phone in babe channel teleshopping licence either, they have a adult editorial licence, so i wonder if that makes a difference in what they advertise free to air ? .
