I'm sure that you didn't intend to cause offence to anyone. I gather that the least "offensive" term is now "Mixed Ethnicity" as "Mixed Race" apparently causes offence to some.

AAahhh the old.. "wait... can he/she say that" conversations... never gets old. You'd be forgiven mate, the do's and don'ts change repeatedly as it's hard to really judge what is offensive to some, others and none. It's not like they send a quotation out to those of us who make up the various ehtnicities of the world.
