Three-Time World Champion Michael Van Gerwen is though to his sixth World Final he faces Two-Time Runner Up Michael Smith though to his third World Final and second consecutive final it is also a rematch of the 2019 Final.

Smith will have find something special as MVG probably will try to dominate early on and if that happens Smith will have to dig deep. Has MVG ever lost a World Final?

MVG has been defeated in two finals.
The first was in 2013 when he lost 7-4 to Phil Taylor while his second loss came in 2020 to Peter Wright who won 7-3.
