The header is usually the girls who win the UK awards for that year.
However whilst the nomination and voting process is taking place another Babeshow girl becomes the face of the forum.
Lucky Lorenzo hasn't been on the show for a while and I'm looking for a forward to seeing her on a show.

I don't think it's a hint that Lucky is returning. More likely it's just a neutral choice, i.e. someone who hasn't been on the shows this year and isn't in the running for the awards. If someone current was chosen it might look like a nudge to vote for them.
