Ikea catalogues and inserts for DIY shops inside newspapers are next to your armchair instead of FHM, Loaded, Nuts, etc.

As I get older I appreciate my one level, ground floor flat more and more and that I won't need a stairlift Tongue

I'm hardly ancient, but the repeated smashing of limbs playing American Football and the lunging back and forth of fencing is now beginning to punish my knees quite severely lol Why the hell did I not just stick to chess???
