Looked great on the webstream last night,although the curse of BB phones struck when I decided to phone.Got through the usual timewasting menus.Michelle not on a call,system tells me she's busy press 1 to listen in and then get connected.Silence go back to main menu,same message.
!annoyed!Repeat to fade until you see sense or get bored of going back and forth between menus.That is the drawback with BB phones.Unlike most of the other channels systems their system doesn't appear to connect you if you are listening in awaiting your turn and previous call has finished.Should have remembered that's why I don't phone the TV channels much these days.SS24 much better ,you always get connected once previous call has finished.

Yes, I've had a few experiences like that as well...not necessarily on BB though. The biggest prob with the BB line, as you correctly identified, is the great length of the intro and associated menu. A great passion-killer.
