Jake Paul has been calling out every fighter known lately, I would say Tyson is taking a huge risk at his age.

I hope that whatever happens tonight I hope that neither Joshua or Ngannou will get seriously hurt

AJ V winer of Fury Vs Usyk has to happen in September at Wembley It has to be the British dust up we've wanted for years. I think AJ has to take on Hrgovich sometime in Summer as a warm - up.

I would think Eddie Hearn will have to fight the Saudis hard to stage it in Britain I'm sure, but certainly it is one British fans will also call for the loudest. Should
it be Usyk who prevails I n May, then it is more than likely he will be the one to dictate the terns of the fight, and more than likely AJ will come up short against Usyk for a third time.

It was a brutal stunning knockout, of Ngannou who I suspect willll either head back to MMA, or will take his time to return in boxing, but it will be quite some time before he comes back but certainly I doubt he willl be fighting anyone in the top 10 for a while.

Usyk beats Fury by Split decision in their HW fight in S Arabia to become the first Undisputed HW chmpion in 25 years.

Rematch in October

Northrn Ireland's Anthony Cacace causes an upset beating Joe Cordina to win thr IBF title

Congratulations to Usyk for taking out the trash as the Yanks would say.

I feel he could be champ now for a very long time, he's beaten AJ twice and now Fury. If they re - match in October and Usyk beats Fury again, that has to be it for Fury at world level. I think Usyk could even retire unbeaten as undisputed, He has a skill set that is very hard to work out and to be both undisputed champ at Cruiserweight and Heavyweight is a very rare thing, I am wondering that is where the next HW champion will come from - the Cruiserweight division, as there are likely going to be very few natural HW fighters coming through ovee the next few years, I cannot see AJ wanting Usyk a third time, I feel Eddie & Frank need feelings aside, put pen to paper and put AJ Vs Fury on in the UK early next year, as it it likely to be a retirement match for either of them. Both will have little left at world level by then.

Fury is such a fraud.

RE: Boxing Chat & Discussion - lovebabes56 - 19-05-2024 22:07

Usyk is likely to be stripped of IBF title as he does not plan to face Hrgovic who is the mandatory challenger. I think Fury could have been far more clinical & won, had he not showboated around during the fight. and the should stopped the fight when Fury was on the ropes. i feel AJ might get a shot at Usyk ptr even Fury if the IBF becomes vacant by facing Hrgovic in a title bout. It would be interesting to see if AJ fought Usyk a third time anf hopefully the AJ that beat Ngannou turns up as well.

Thoughts on 5 V 5

I feel the fights for this are great the format if it works could be repeated from time to time.

I hope we will see more of. If this was success, and more were planned, I would like to see maybe something develop along the lines of Nation Vs Nation aS I don't know if there are enough promtors who would buy into it as promotion vs Promotion.

The fight for me would be Zheng VS Wilder so much is at stake for either man, and I feel Wilder knows that he has to win. If he loses it could potentially spell the end of his career as well title ambitions and I think it will be a cracking fight (and probably very explosive!)

I think it's good that Messrs Hearn and Warren have now seen the merits in sitting down together and working together for the benefit of Boxing to generate meaningful fights.
The joy was clear to see in both of them as they reflected in interviews about the working relationship. Good to see.
