Nah ive had no issues with scams the girls never see your details and its all secure its as safe as paying for stuff using a normal eccomerce site. been over 2 years and nothing untoward
and on the card statements its usally down as awork no mention of adult services

Some girls offer free video to members, but you won't see anything explicit. You need to go into group or private for that which needs credits. There are ways of buying credits without a credit/debit card.
