The phones were extremely quiet yesterday for Melissa D at the start of her shift, so hopefully not too much to be concerned about. I feel she's loads of potential for Elite with her posing etc.

She'll be fine sometimes they are quiet at the start but pick up during the day, she's already a success and it wasn't long before she was on the list as an official Elite girl, some take ages to get there

Nothing to worry about, all dayshifts will have spells where they are quiet especially when people are at work but generally pick up as the day goes on. Also elite wouldn't have put her on the current girls page if she was at elite short term.
Also Caitlin is appearing in the lads mags regularly and has a shoot soon for zoo mag
So I think Caitlin will be on elite for a good while yet
