Sorry, it was only a one-off to see if they could get people interested in subscribing to Sky (as they did with a free Sky Sports weekend a couple of years back).
This year the BBC have won the rights off Channel 4 to show the weekly highlights programme which will be on BBC2 or the red button.
The Beeb will also show the Superbowl live.
However, it looks as if the weekly late-night live game has been lost to free TV.

Monday Night Football is back and its my Falcons up first. Aboslutely no idea how this is going to go. A lot of new faces and HC and a O line that still appears too weak to protect Matty Ryan. So long as we do the double over the Saints again I'll be happy

It's impossible to tell . All 32 teams talked up their chances on sky. It does not seem to be the done thing to admit you are in rebuilding mode. If you believe each gm you would think all 32 teams would have a chance. I think when you have a great quarter back like your boys do providing you have adequate blockers you always have a shot. How is your defence? Hopefully good enough to ground the eagles.

Why the Browns got new uniforms I don't know because their old ones were better but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE never wear this combination ever again .

The defense is in better shape than O line, which really isn't saying much lol. It really is the O line that needs to improve for me. So far Dan Quinn seems to be quite receiver-centric and letting the running game go a bit, which is great because Julio is a beast and Roddy White is always useful, but its all for nothing if the O line keeps collapsing and Ryan's getting banged up and sacked. And I know Hester is a bit player but he's a good wildcard to have to throw in there to make defences think but even he is now not available due to 'turf toe'.
Tonights performance with it being at home will be an indicator to what to expect

Excellent cowboys are top of their conference after the falcons beat the eagles. Happy days!!!!!!!!!!
I know it's to early to tell but I don't think a single team looked bullet proof over the first round of matches. Maybe give the 49ers the title of team of the week.

Good overall performance from the Falc's last night, Philly's offense was slow to get going so I'm not going to get too gassed but Julio being a beast again, Roddy got involved for some decent yards and there were some good defensive stands. Ryan's two interceptions were concearning. See how the season pans out

To be fair his first was an amazing play by Kiko Alonso , you won't see that type of play from a Linebacker too often a truly amazing moment .

As a Raiders fan new season no change from last one
