"Congenitor" Season 2 Episode 22
Tucker interfers in the society of an alien race during first contact when he befriends a member of their third sex. The very sad end result provokes a memorable reprimand for Tucker from a furious Archer. Another step closer for the need of the Prime Directive. Also memorable for one of the last appearances of a great (Star Trek, Babylon 5 and film) character actor Andreas Katsulas
"Regeneration" Season 2 Episode 23
Very enjoyable Borg episode. Drone survivors from Star Trek: First Contact buried in the Artic for a century get reawoken and cause predictable assimilation chaos. The action and suspense is very good. I didn't even care about any possible continuity issues unlike some people but thought it was handled well enough for the record.
Regeneration is amongst my favourite Enterprise episodes. You're right about the suspense angle of it which is the bit I loved the most, and the continuity issues are comletely minimal compared to those raised in Discovery!
The episodes on the Horror Channel are slightly ahead of those on pick, I'm watching series 3, episode 3 at the moment.

Another one of my fav ST: Voyager eps is on SYFY U.K. next Tuesday afternoon. “Tsunkatse” (s6 ep15) which features Seven Of Nine & Dwayne “ The Rock” Johnson as a guest star

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine Ep 2 “The Visitor” Season 4
Don’t wanna spoil too much much but Captain Sisko is involved in an accident living his son Jake heart breaking or so it may seem. The late Tony Todd plays an older Jake Sisko and his performance and range of emotions in the ep was a master class. It’s heart breaking in build up during the ep and even more heart breaking with ending. This is why I love DS9 so well written and as a show very under rated.
