All the indications are that channel 673 will be encrypted from 10.00 till 12.00 only.

That's what my TV guide says. So in effect we've only lost 2 hours of 673 and gained 2 hours of 674. It could have been worse!

So in short those who might have preferred to record 674 from 1-5 rather than 673 from 10-5 can now choose between 674 from 11-5 and 673 from 12-5. Oh well, if that's the way it has to be sweetheart...

There didn't seem to be any difference last night when I put the streams on after 2300 there where 2 TV streams running showing normal TV shows so guessing still normal TV shows for sky with a separate bsx show for FV , can anyone who watched FV last night say if it was encrypted bsx between 10 and midnight or did you get what was on the TV stream

It was encrypted they were charging £7 for last night

Yes 673 was encrypted after the usual 10 minutes of introduction and adverts: just like 674 was from 11.10.

It did make it seem odd to get 2 extra hours of 674, and with a better line-up, it would be even better.

674 has hopefully codified that its 11-12 spot is just BSX preview, so 673 and 674 are both 12-5 effectively on FV.
